Schools and settings

Gill Taylor, Educational and Family Psychologist, provides a range of services within primary, secondary and special schools and early years’ settings.

Areas of work provided include:

	Educational Psychology services, including the assessment of special educational needs, social, emotional and behavioural issues, support and counselling for children and young people.
	Working with the Senior Leadership Team to support organisational development;
	Solution focused coaching for individuals and groups;
	Enabling productive, collaborative work with parents and carers;
	Developing multi-agency working;
	Developing the curriculum for the improved social and emotional understanding and skills of all;
	Ensuring inclusive policy and practice for meeting the diverse needs of all children and young people;
	Facilitating pupil participation in all aspects of school life;
	Creating peer support systems, such as Circles of Friends, to support the inclusion of all children.
