Calyx provides a range of
services within primary, secondary and special schools and early
years’ settings through organisational consulting and team
development.
Activities include:

taking the organisation and curriculum forwards for the benefit
of the whole school community. |

Reviewing policies and practices to
further develop strategies and systems. |

Enabling more productive collaborative work
with parents and carers. |

Developing work with external agencies and
services within a multi-agency context. |

Supporting the development of Extended schools
and Children’s centres. |

Developing a curriculum for developing the
social and emotional understanding and skills of all. |

Ensuring inclusive policy and practice for
meeting the diverse needs of all children and young people. |
|
Facilitating pupil participation in all
aspects of school life. |
|
Creating peer support systems, such as Circle
of Friends, to support the inclusion of all children. |
